In the fourth quarter of 2020, Unicorn-themed mobile games saw varying degrees of user engagement and financial success in Latin America. Compiled data from Sensor Tower provides a glimpse into the performance of these fantastical apps.

TutoTOONS released Kpopsies - Hatch Baby Unicorns in October 2020, and it quickly garnered attention with downloads peaking at 349K in the first week of November and 472K in the second. Weekly active users (WAU) followed suit, hitting a high of 841K in the same period. By the end of December, the app still maintained a strong user base with 496K WAUs, despite a slight dip in downloads to 164K. Revenue showed an upward trend, especially in the last week of December, reaching $143K.

Another TutoTOONS creation, My Baby Unicorn - Pony Care, showed more modest numbers with downloads fluctuating around 65K to 101K during December. WAUs experienced a rise towards the end of the year, concluding with 234K. The revenue for this app also saw a gradual increase, finishing the quarter at $133K.

SOCEM's Unicorn Dash: Fun Runner 2 maintained a steady performance with downloads ranging from 28K to 77K in December. The WAUs saw a decrease over the quarter, ending with 51K. Revenue witnessed variability but ended the quarter on a lower note at $42K.

Budge Studios' My Little Pony: Harmony Quest displayed strength in revenue, which jumped from $1.1K at the start of the quarter to $1.9K in the final week of December. The app's downloads saw a positive trend, ending the year with 31K, and WAUs increased to 69K.

Lastly, Unicorn Run: Horse Dash Games, another SOCEM title, had a bumpy quarter. With no revenue reported in the final weeks, the focus remained on downloads and WAUs. The game saw a peak in downloads at 62K in the second week of November, but this dropped to 5K by year's end. WAUs also decreased, finishing at 18K.
